To evaluate Bouncify in a practical outreach scenario, I verified a list of 2,000 email addresses and reviewed how the tool categorized the results.

The test found 163 undeliverable emails, which is the most important group to remove before sending any campaign. These are the contacts most likely to create hard bounces and hurt sender reputation.

Bouncify also identified 168 accept-all emails. These are more complex. An accept-all domain is configured to receive emails sent to almost any address at that domain, which means the tool cannot fully confirm whether the specific mailbox exists. 

These emails are not necessarily bad, but they should be treated with caution.

The tool also returned 70 unknown emails, meaning Bouncify could not confidently classify them as deliverable or undeliverable. For a sales campaign, I would avoid sending to this group immediately, especially if the domain is new or the sender’s reputation is already sensitive.
