We found the automation features to be a game changer for our daily operations. The AI powered Intelligent Assistant handled the mundane tasks, so our team could focus on the strategic stuff. The contextual engagement tools helped us have meaningful conversations with customers and the automated workflows nurtured both leads and existing customers.
But we did hit some bumps. The configuration settings were a bit cluttered and our dev team struggled with inconsistencies between local and production environments. We also found the reporting to be limited compared to other CRMs we’ve used.
On pricing we found Freshsales to be good value for money especially with the AI included. The customer support team was super responsive but we had some concerns about data sharing and browser security requirements.
From small to medium sized business Freshsales was a good choice. It may not have all the features of an enterprise level platform but it had all the tools we needed for lead management, pipeline management and sales automation.
